1. Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, unless otherwise stated on the package or activity page.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your travel date. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled automatically, and the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via the methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment partners.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to travelinandaman@gmail.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request, not the date you notify a third-party supplier.
4. Date Changes
Requests to reschedule are treated as a cancellation and new booking unless the original supplier's policy allows a free date change, subject to availability and any fare difference.
5. Cancellations or Changes by Us
If we or a supplier need to cancel or materially change your booking (for example, due to insufficient minimum numbers, safety concerns, or supplier withdrawal), we will offer you a full refund or an alternative of equivalent value where possible.
6. Force Majeure
Neither Travel in Andaman nor our suppliers are liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with suppliers to secure the best available refund or credit, but a full refund cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
