All bookings made through Travel in Andaman are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us, either by email or through your account dashboard.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Prices displayed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
Some packages, activities, hotels, cruises, or rentals may have their own supplier-specific terms, which will be shared at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms for a booking are described in our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you and your travel companions hold valid identification, travel documents, visas, and any health requirements needed for your trip. Travel in Andaman is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Travel in Andaman acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, cruise operators, activity providers, rental agencies). While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
